Second opinion achieves £180,000 compensation

KCJ injury specialists Justina Molloy and Simon Davis have obtained over £180,000 for Ms X who suffered a minor brain injury and whiplash, exacerbating a pre-existing back condition, following a road accident. Ms X now suffers from fatigue, memory loss, and has difficulties with concentration and headaches. She is no longer able to work full-time. Ms X transferred her claim from a previous firm of solicitors who had advised a much lower settlement figure. Despite the complexities of the case it was settled within three years of the date of the accident.
