KCJ scoops national award for Client Care
Practice area: General
Kester Cunningham John (KCJ) has been awarded the 'Commitment to Client Care' Award at the prestigious 2009 Lawnet Awards held at the Celtic Manor Hotel in Newport, Gwent.
Judges awarded KCJ first place because of its 'undoubted commitment to putting clients at the heart of their business with client care policies that translate into real actions and a culture of excellence in client service delivery'.
The judges highlighted the hard work KCJ had demonstrated in driving excellence across the firm, and recognised that many of the firms ideas and quality management processes, were some way ahead of comparable firms.
Commenting on the win Chief Executive Simon Smith said : "I am delighted that our partners and staff have achieved this well deserved recognition of the 'business class' experience we strive to provide for all our clients. We believe this is key to differentiating ourselves from the competition, and securing continued success for our firm"
It was almost a double night of success for the firm as that same evening, the firm received further recognition for outstanding client care at the EDP Business Awards in Norwich, when they were named in the final three East Anglian businesses in the 'Client Care Plus' category.
