Luke joined the firm in 2008 having previously worked at City firm Denton Wilde Sapte.
He has 12 years experience of commercial disputes. He has advised a wide range of clients from plcs to individuals. Luke has particular experience in claims against solicitors and other professional advisers, disputes arising out of corporate and personal insolvencies, banking, disputes over sales of goods and supply of services, franchise disputes, trusts and fraud. Luke has also obtained and dealt with numerous freezing and disclosure orders and has considerable experience in international disputes.
Luke has undertaken numerous mediations on behalf of clients, avoiding the need for protracted court proceedings.
Luke is a contributor to various publications on disputes issues, including the Solicitors Journal.
