Power of Attorney

You may lose your ability to deal with your assets in the future. It is possible to ensure those you would wish to manage your affairs in such circumstances have the power to do so by preparing a Property & Affairs Lasting Power of Attorney.

You are able to appoint one or more people to act on your behalf and these people are called your "Attorneys".

Besides financial responsibility, it is also now possible to appoint Attorneys to make personal welfare decisions on your behalf. These documents do not replace the already existing Advance Directive or Living Will (now called Advanced Decisions) and are known as Personal Welfare Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Correct drafting of both documents is vital and our team is able to guide you through the process.

"Personal circumstances change. Caring for your loved ones as situations develop can be difficult. And should a loved one die, there is a lot to do. Let us help, and share that burden with you."
